Hosting and Maintenance Plans
The Hosting and Maintenance starts when we notify you that the site has been loaded to the server for your review.
Payments must be received by the agreed dates. Failure to pay in time can result in the site being disabled. Enabling a site that was disabled due to lack of payment incurs a $50 late charge on top of the amount due.
Maintenance entails maintaining the content of the site up to date. The maintenance allowance will not be used towards new designs or changes to the layout.
Maintenance time allotment expires every month, and cannot be rolled over to subsequent months. If the time allotment is exceeded the extra time used will be charged to your account.
Website Design
We will make every effort to ensure that all programs and scripts are free of errors. However, we cannot take responsibility for any losses due to the website or malfunctions of the programs or scripts.
All programs, scripts, applications, or software written by Sigma Soluciones remain the property of Sigma Soluciones and may be sold or reproduced commercially only with the specific permission from Sigma Soluciones.
The client agrees to provide Sigma Soluciones with all the material necessary to complete the website in a timely manner, in accordance with the agreed deadlines.
We cannot take responsibility for any copyright infringements caused by material provided by our client. We reserve the right to refuse publishing any copyrighted material, or material of a copyright nature, unless sufficient proof of permission to use the material is provided.
Sigma Soluciones will not be liable for loss of earnings or costs incurred due to failure to meet agreed deadlines.
Databases, Applications
All programs, scripts, applications, or software written by Sigma Soluciones remain the property of Sigma Soluciones and may be sold or reproduced commercially only with the specific permission from Sigma Soluciones.
The customer is expected to fully test the functionality of any application or program developed by Sigma Soluciones before it goes live and is made available to the public. In case errors, bugs, or other issues are found after the application is released and goes live, we will try to correct them in accordance with the original agreement, but are not obligated to do so.
Sigma Soluciones cannot take responsibility for costs or loss of earnings incurred by the use of any software application developed for the customer. The customer takes full responsibility for ensuring that the application is functioning correctly and accurately before it goes live and it is made widely available. Where large applications are being developed, the customer should provide an appropriate test bench that accurately represents how the application would be used in the real world.
Browser Compatibility
Sigma Soluciones will endeavor to make the site display correctly when viewed in standards compliant web browsers, in particular Firefox 2.0+. The website will also be tested when viewed in Google Chrome and Apple Safari. We will also make every effort to make the site display to an acceptable level in Internet Explorer 7.0+ browsers. Support for Internet Explorer 6.0 and older is not guaranteed.
Payments
Payments must be made in a timely manner, in accordance with the agreed schedule. Bills that are delinquent by over 5 business days are subject to a $10 late payment charge. Bills that are delinquent for over 30 days will be charged a 5% late fee for every month that the bill remains delinquent. We reserve the right to disable any site associated with a project that has delinquent payments. Re-enabling any site disabled due to lack of payment incurs a $50 late payment charge on top of the amount due. All payments will be made in United States Dollars, unless otherwise agreed in writing, in advance, by both parties.
Payment options for design and programing projects will be agreed upon by both parties at the start of the project. Following are guidelines which will be used to define the payment plans:
- Projects costing up to $500 are due in full at the start of the project.
- Projects costing over $500 require a 50% payment at the start and 50% on delivery.
Hosting and maintenance plans are normally payed for three month periods, in advance. A one month discount is offered if the plan is canceled for a full year in advance.
Privacy Policy
Sigma Soluciones respects your right to privacy. We will no sell, give, or disclose your personal information.
